Brazil's CONAREC Acknowledges Convergys' IVR Solution

The National Congress of Company-Customer Relations conference is a premier client-customer relationship event in Latin America. In its annual award giving ceremony, Brazil's CONAREC honored Convergys Corporation for the fifth consecutive year with the Best Call Center IVR Provider award.


Presented by Consumidor Moderno magazine and the Brazilian publishing concern Grupo Padrao and held in Sao Paulo, the Congress selected Convergys’ (News - Alert) IVR solution based on a survey of the IVR user market in Brazil.     

Convergys’ IVR solution is part of Convergys’ innovative Intelligent Interactive solutions portfolio, which includes voice self-service and real-time decision solutions to help drive increased customer loyalty, deliver intuitive and personalized interactions, manage customer credits, and facilitate bill collections.

It provides solutions that drive more value from the relationships that clients have with their customers. Innovative technologies, domain expertise, operational excellence have all contributed to process improvement and actionable business insight clients globally. Its industry-leading technologies and services take advantage of their experience to provide solutions that balance customer satisfaction with cost effectiveness.
