Last year, Netxcell  introduced its Video OBD platform for 3G markets and another product Single IVR, an advanced interactive voice response technology platform. Now Netxcell Limited, an Indian-based telecom VAS Provider Company, has revealed its new generation of IVR and Video OBD products that are equipped with innovative video deliverable capabilities on voice and data products as well as applications across all channels.

The company enhanced its IVR Module and OBD product by adding new features that will undoubtedly prove beneficial for telecom operators and end users (mobile phone subscribers).

 These new features will additionally offer better connectivity to users and thus enable telecom operators to better analyze the impact of the particular campaign or promotion, which ultimately plays an important role in adding to their top lines.

The new version of Video OBD is more interactive than its previous version and can support multiple audio and video codec's, which will help telecom operators bring a better range of 3G handsets into the ambit of Video OBD services for a greater penetration which in turn results in better revenue.
