Halifax has recently selected bss, the UK's leading providers of customer interaction services, to manage the multichannel registration service for the bank’s unique scheme, Halifax Savers Prize Draw.

bss’s robust, proven information assurance, security policies and protocols played a crucial role in its selection as Halifax's partner, and were additionally subject to a rigorous audit by Deloitte (News - Alert).

Running until December 2012, the Savers Prize Draw requires Halifax customers to register to be entered into the series of monthly draws, which offers a range of cash prizes up to £100,000 each month. With bss’ help, the bank will be able to successfully commence its unique scheme.

For telephone registrations, bss introduced an IVR solution on a dedicated number, as well as built a secure application residing within the main Halifax online banking website for online registrations.
