Gold Systems Produces Videos Related to Unified Communications

By Anuradha Shukla, TMCnet Contributor

Gold Systems is producing a new series of eleven quick videos on Microsoft (News - Alert) Lync and Vonetix 7 Voice (V7V), which is the latest release in a series of Unified Communications software products.

Gold Systems specializes in delivering self-service customer communications using Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions. The company is making these videos available for immediate viewing on its website and on YouTube.

The videos and demonstrations of Vonetix 7 Voice solutions will also be showcased at Enterprise Connect (News - Alert).

“This is an exciting series as we have found there is a need for quick 2-6 minute videos on a range of issues related to unified communications,” said Terry Gold CEO. “We wanted to drill down into topics that are often confusing and misunderstood.”

Gold Systems notes that it is the ideal company to release these videos because it has certified Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCP’s) who have passed new UC competency evaluations.

“We have a strong professional services group that is skilled in both the migration from traditional PBX (News - Alert) systems as well as the implementation of new Lync greenfield installations,” said Gold.

The eleven quick videos on Microsoft Lync and Vonetix 7 Voice (V7V) include the Future of Communications; the GoldStar Process – Gold Business Processes; V7V Customers – Customer Applications; V7 Voice Overview – Introduction and Overview of Vonetix 7 Voice; V7V Solutions – Key Customer Solutions; Vonetix 7 Voice Overview; What is CEBP – What is Communications Enabled Business Processes; What is UCMA – What is Unified Communications Managed API; What is Vonetix 7 Voice; Who is Gold Systems (News - Alert) – Company Background and Strategy; Why V7V – Why Vonetix 7 Voice is different from legacy IVR and will improve customer service.

Gold Systems was in news last year Richard Stansbury joined the company as its vice president of Sales and Marketing. In his new role, he will focus on gaining and retaining customers Gold Systems has worked with for more than twenty years.

He will also be critically involved in all aspects of strategic directions in innovative voice solutions including Vonetix 7, Microsoft Lync, Microsoft Tellme (News - Alert) and others.
