IVR Technology Group, a provider of phone automation services to enhance customer conversations, drive sales and lower costs, released iCall, a feature rich streamlined approach to automated outbound call processing.

iCall (News - Alert) can work in tandem with both small and large applications and is designed to enable users to power it up instantaneously. It features easy to use setup and controls and is said to have been totally refurbished to offer both self-service and full-service options. With self service, a user can set up, run and monitor their calling campaigns. Full service allows IVR Technology Group to layer in technology including variable scripting for each call made.

According to IVR Technology Group, iCall does not demand any internal tools or telephone lines/resources as it is a virtual hosted application. The recorded message can be tweaked in such a way it is pleasant as well has the ability to transfer the called party to a live agent. It makes sure that human errors do not intervene in message delivery and also while communicating factual information.

It offers same kind of features and functionalities of similar expensive devices available in the market providing a cost effective alternative to small sized businesses.

Officials with the company explained that iCall has also been built to stress industry best practice and legal compliance in terms of using automated outbound. Operating cost is much lower using automated outbound – most of their clients enjoy over 60% reduction in operating expenses, as compared to using live agent calling.

The company claimed that its solutions provide users’ with robust, reliable IVR while avoiding upfront investments in hardware and staffing or training - all while they retain full access and ultimate IVR control. The company’s service model is that of a hosted offering so clients do not have to purchase ‘black boxes’ or add additional staff and to monitor and manage these types of applications.
