Boost Mobile has announced the launch of the Samsung (News - Alert) Seek mobile phone along with a $50 Monthly Unlimited Plan on the Nationwide Sprint Network.
According to company officials, this device is Boost Mobile’s first touchscreen device with a slide-out QWERTY keypad that is designed to deliver access to multiple messaging options and popular social networking sites.
The Samsung Seek comes with the Boost Mobile Monthly Unlimited offer that comprises of a nationwide voice, text messaging, Web, e-mail, IM and calls to 411 for just $50 a month without an annual contract.
Neil Lindsay, chief marketing officer at Boost Mobile said, “Boost Mobile continues to bring its customers high-quality, versatile phones that don’t break the bank. Combining the stunning features of the Seek with the $50 Monthly Unlimited plan makes this pairing the perfect option for heavy-texting, feature-craving wireless users on a tight budget.”
Company sources added that the Samsung Seek is multimedia and text messaging capable, GPS-enabled and it supports microSD card up to 32GB. It also features voicemail, caller ID, call waiting and call forwarding, speakerphone with voice recognition and downloadable games, wallpapers and ringtones.
Boost Mobile is a prepaid brand from Sprint (News - Alert) and it offers wireless phones and services with no long-term contracts. Boost Mobile’s ‘Monthly Unlimited’ service, offers unlimited nationwide talk, text, Web, e-mail, IM and 411 for $50 per month, and with its ‘BlackBerry (News - Alert) Monthly Unlimited’ service, it offers unlimited nationwide talk, text, Web, e-mail, IM and 411 for $60 per month.
The company offers handsets from different manufacturers including Motorola, Sanyo (News - Alert), Research In Motion and Samsung, ranging from entry-level to high-end devices. The phones are available at Best Buy, RadioShack, Target, Walmart, Sprint retail stores, independent wireless dealer locations, and on HSN, a leading TV home shopping network.
