Junction Networks has entered into a new partnership with Ditech Networks to bring PhoneTag Voicemail-to-Text service to OnSIP customers.
Thanks to the partnership, OnSIP customers will now be able to sign up for PhoneTag V2T service and, with a simple set-up process, receive their voicemails in text form directly in their email inbox.
Users will also receive an attached .WAV (News - Alert) file, should they choose to listen to the voicemail. OnSIP customers will also receive one week of free service when they signup.
“Voice to text is something we have been exploring for quite some time, as many of our customers have expressed an interest in having this feature available to them,” said Rob Wolpov, president of Junction Networks (News - Alert), in a statement.
Wolpov said that PhoneTag V2T is a great service and the company is pleased to be able to offer yet another advanced feature to the customers, who are business owners always looking to improve their productivity and output.
He said that Voicemail-to-text allows users to reply to voicemails without ever even picking up the phone, saving them valuable time.
OnSIP, by Junction Networks, is a business class phone service accessed over the Internet for companies with 5 to 100 employees.
OnSIP customers enjoy the benefits of a business class phone system, without the traditional high cost, burden and inflexibility.
Officials with Junction Networks said that in order to access PhoneTag V2T service, OnSIPusers can sign-up through www.phonetag.com/OnSIP and select OnSIP as their phone service provider.
They will then be sent an email with instructions to setup the service. PhoneTag offers three flexible pricing options.
“OnSIP is a robust and feature-full service for businesses looking for a reliable phone system. PhoneTag V2T is the perfect addition to the current suite of features available,” said Karl Brown (News - Alert), vice president of marketing at Ditech Networks.
Brown said that voicemail-to-text is a great feature for anyone looking to optimize their time.
“We find that once users switch to our service, they hate to give it up,” he said.
Ditech Networks (News - Alert) says that it is revolutionizing modern communications with advanced voice processing solutions and voice applications that offer network and speech quality enhancement, voice call control, speech-powered web access, voice-to-text services, and more.
