Promero, a member of the Oracle (News - Alert) Partner Network, announced that it won Best Contact Center Solution award at the recent TMCnet ITEXPO (News - Alert) 2010 East conference in Miami, Florida.
The product, Oracle Contact Center Anywhere call center software, won the award for Promero.
“Winning the Best Contact Center Solution award during this prestigious conference validates that Oracle Contact Center Anywhere is a world-class call center software meeting the needs of SMB as well as enterprise clients,” Gregg Troyanowski, president of Promero, said.
Important features of the latest version of Contact Center Anywhere include Multi-Channel ACD Built-In Softswitch, or SIP IP PBX (News - Alert), and TDM Switching that provides skills-based routing and a universal queue for phone calls, e-mails, faxes, voicemails, voice-over-Web calls, callbacks to route customers in virtual queue, chat and Web-collaboration sessions, company officials said.
Contact Center Anywhere is also powered with Multimedia ACD – skills based routing, interactive voice response, or “IVR,” blended inbound/outbound predictive dialing, 100 percent call recording and remote call monitoring, and computer telephone integration with CTI (News - Alert) screen pops.
The software replaces or co-exists with existing PBX Inbound/outbound cross-media blending, integrated outbound predictive/preview dialing IVR, they added. Chat includes Web collaboration/form sharing, push technology and suggested response. E-mail Management includes automated e-mail management and e-mail routing with suggested responses.
The solution is VoIP or Public Switched Telephone Network, or “PSTN,” enabled with multi-site/multi-tenancy capabilities. The software can be deployed as software-as-a-service or on premise. It easily integrates with customers’ workforce management and customer relationship management software.
“This week in Miami we’ve set new standards at ITEXPO in terms of attendee traffic, exhibitor news, and overall quality for the show, and we feel the best-of-show winners had to work even harder to stand out from our field of exhibitors,” said Rich Tehrani, CEO and group editor-in-chief of TMC (News - Alert), in a statement. “All of the companies that participated in ITEXPO have helped to make this our best show ever.”
