NuMobile, Inc. Inks Pact with Kaizen Communications

NuMobile, Inc., a provider of security and software solutions for the global mobile computing and smartphone market, has reportedly signed an agreement to acquire a controlling interest in Kaizen Communications, Inc., a provider of a wide variety of applications for several markets including SMS, MMS and IVR.

 
Subsequent to this announcement, both the companies have jointly released an on-demand Webcast discussing the acquisition strategy and more on Kaizen's applications and technology for the mobile commerce industry.
 
NuMobile began its roll-up strategy earlier this year and has acquired two companies with proprietary technology focused on mobile network security. NuMobile has also recently announced LOIs to acquire yet another company other than Kaizen which offers identity management solutions for SaaS (News - Alert) and cloud computing.
 
The company had recently signed a partnership deal with China Crescent Enterprises, Inc., a provider of integrated technologies of global brands in China, for combining its smartphone and mobile computing technology solutions with China Crescent's systems integration expansion into East Africa in the launch of WiMax services in Africa.
 
NuMobile official also confirmed that the company will soon be signing its first substantial contract before the end of 2009 for an estimated $20 million and $8 million gross margin.
 
As mobile marketing is on the rise, companies have started looking to automate campaigns to reach their customers quickly wherever they are, both cost effectively and measurably. According to the CTIA (News - Alert) -The Wireless Association, there are over 276 million wireless subscribers as of June of this year in the United States alone. With this increasing demand, NuMobile official clarified that this deal with Kaizen will enable the company to create a comprehensive and global mobile computing technology business.
