Ifbyphone has announced it received three prestigious awards honouring the company’s contributions to the IP telephony and Speech Technology markets.
The awards from TMC’s INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine, the Ifbyphone (News - Alert) IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award and the Excellence Award for Outbound IVR honor the company for providing “the best of the best” including the most admirable feature sets and the best track records of dramatically improving the operations of today's call centers.
The company was also presented recently with a Speech Luminary Award from Speech Technology Magazine that highlighted the company as an “early innovator” forging a way for IVR and speech into untapped spaces.
"Our mission at Ifbyphone is to democratize telephony by providing enterprise- grade automated telephone applications to businesses of any size," said Irv Shapiro (News - Alert), chief executive officer of Ifbyphone. "We are delighted to receive this industry recognition from these outstanding organizations leading the way in the evolution of telephony."
Ifbyphone’s voice broadcasting service helps companies automatically deliver interactive phone calls to prospects, customers and vendors. Clients can leverage this service to generate leads, confirm appointments, promote events and relay vital information over the phone.
