Integrated Research's PROGNOSIS Achieves Latest Nortel Certification

PROGNOSIS maker Integrated Research has announced that it achieved current Nortel (News - Alert) certification as part of a certified VoIP management solution for Avaya, Nortel and Cisco telephony.
“In early 2009, Avaya chose PROGNOSIS, a highly scalable multi-vendor system, as its VoIP monitoring solution of choice,” Andre Cuenin, president of Integrated Research Americas, said in a statement. “PROGNOSIS’s multi-platform support for Avaya, Nortel and Cisco (News - Alert) provides wide extensibility to enable real time business insight from multiple systems in a single view. I believe that Nortel customers can benefit from working with us as Avaya’s (News - Alert) chosen partner for VoIP monitoring as the Avaya and Nortel product lines converge.”
The certified VoIP monitoring solution in PROGNOSIS is a package of products and services designed to enable customers to protect VoIP ROI by maximizing uptime, reducing operating costs and ensuring service level achievement for Avaya, Nortel and Cisco platforms.
