InVox Demonstrates New IVR Service for Businesses at ITEXPO

InVox on Tuesday launched its “intelligent voice solutions for businesses” at ITEXPO West. The new service, which the business telecom service provider calls “the first of its kind to offer interactive voice response,” will be demonstrated in its beta form for the first time ever at ITEXPO (News - Alert) in Meeting Room A, at the Los Angeles Convention Center.


According to InVox, the new service is easily configured by the user through a drag-and-drop interface, and is being offered for the first time ever in a cloud-based, “Telephony as a Service” format.

“Businesses with limited resources are severely underserved with voice-automation solutions traditionally reserved for organizations with large budgets,” InVox’s CEO Michael Loftus said.

“InVox believes that offering intelligent voice solutions through the cloud will add tremendous value to the marketplace. With a quick setup and a pay-as-you-grow pricing plan, businesses can finally realize huge cost savings and new revenue streams from InVox’s business solutions.”

InVox provides IVR services such as CRM and database integration to create a unified Web-based service for businesses to develop new revenue streams. The company’s technology is built on an open-standards architecture that can integrate with any PBX (News - Alert) hardware vendor or hosted provider.

InVox CEO Michael Loftus will also be participating in two panels at the ITEXPO on Thursday: “Using IMS to Deliver Services Across 3 Screens” at 10:30 a.m., and “Fused Vs. Bundled – The Next Evolution of Operator Services” at 2 p.m.
