Blue Vase Deploys Concenex's Call Center Solution with IVR
By Anuradha Shukla, TMCnet Contributor
Call center solutions provider Concenex reportedly has signed 3-year agreements with Blue Vase Marketing and affiliates for up to 200 hosted concurrent client licenses of Montage.
The company says it’ll use Concenex’s unified customer interaction and communications solution in the new Blue Vase facility near Boston.
Blue Vase is a direct response sales center, and it sought to replace an existing call center solution with one from Concenex. Blue Vase CIO Chris Meusel said that Montage impressed as an all-in-one solution. They already had used a couple different high end applications over the past 10-plus years and were looking for a suitable solution to replace their existing systems.
Meusel said that he evaluated a number of existing solutions in the market and decided on Concenex due to the power, simplicity and consistency of the solutions IVR, CRM, Dialer and Scripting tools. The company was also impressed with the Concenex organization that had them up and running in just a few days including a complete integration to their existing contact database.
“Chris and everyone at Blue Vase are industry veterans so it’s especially gratifying to us that they recognized the unique values in our solution,” said Stephen Ward, CEO of Concenex. “We are pleased that Blue Vase chose Concenex as their service provider.”
Concenex is a provider of packaged, integrated contact center solutions for On-Demand, Hosted and Customer Premise environments. The company was in news earlier this tear when Montage was picked by the Florida state health department.
