SimulScribe Intros New Services For Voice-To-Text Apps

By Anuradha Shukla, TMCnet Contributor

SimulScribe, which empowers carriers and developers to transcribe voice into text, has announced a private label offering for carriers and developers of its voice transcription platform.

The company is offering three simple-to-integrate API’s to all the carriers or developers that want to utilize SimulScribe’s (News - Alert) advanced voice-to-text platform. These API’s are available here. The company notes two recent industry comparisons by Laptop Magazine and SmartMoney Magazine. Both magazines conducted their own, independent industry comparisons, and picked SimulScribe’s technology as having the highest quality transcription.

SimulScribe’s three segmented, real-time API offerings include SimulHybrid, SimulAuto and ScribeALL.

SimulHybrid is a high accuracy, proven voicemail transcription platform, which uses a proprietary blend of technology and strategic, real time human correction. The company informs that this is the same technology that powers PhoneTag and popular application service providers like British Telecom’s Ribbit (News - Alert)

SimulAuto is a fully automated voicemail transcription platform that delivers a high automated voice recognition. The solution runs on highly advanced recognition technology with SimulScribe’s proprietary models.

ScribeALL is a real-time, high accuracy transcription platform designed for any file that needs transcription, regardless of applications.

Commenting on the launch, James Siminoff (News - Alert), CEO of SimulScribe said that their company has been focusing on building the best voice transcription foundation for the last two years. SimulScribe is happy that their efforts have paid off and are excited to release it out into the market.

Siminoff continued: “We were the first to do voicemail-to-text in the U.S., the first to support a carrier and now SimulScribe is the first to offer a multi-tiered recognition API; we operate in a highly competitive market and each one of these achievements speak to the commitment of our ten person team.”
