Mobivox Adds CRM Business Growth Tools
By Stefania Viscusi, Assignment Desk Editor
Mobivox, a provider of voice-activated mobile value-added services, has announced an all new mobile services that it claims will help with customer retention and growth for businesses.
Mobivox offers voice-activated mobile services like inbound and outbound calling, group communication and voice-to-text services. The company's voice-activated mobile services platform, Mobivox¦PL, brings together an optimized voice user interface; rich “in-the-cloud” contact storage; and a comprehensive, network-agnostic telephony infrastructure.
The new offering, CRM over Voice, includes tools for business growth and was added to the platform to increase its value for service provider and online community partners.
“Mobivox partners can now perform all-important CRM in the course of service delivery, rather than before or after it, by dynamically inserting context-sensitive, unobtrusive messaging into user interactions,” said Mobivox CEO Peter Diedrich (News - Alert).
"Our network-hosted address book and user database allow for insightful user profiling throughout the customer lifecycle. By mashing the VUI with rich and relevant behavioral database information, we have created an unprecedented set of highly contextual CRM processes, executed in real time.”
With the new solution, it's possible to use voice-based interactions as CRM tools that help businesses to contain marketing costs, retain users, generate revenue and improve overall experiences.
In an interview with TMC's Greg Galitzine (News - Alert), Diedrich commented on what sets Mobivox apart from the competition and how CRM plays into the mix:
"End users’ ongoing dialogue with a partner-branded Mobivox voice assistant opens a new channel of CRM for the partner to acquire customers and increase customer loyalty. The Mobivox platform stores user-activity information – or can integrate with partner CRM platforms – such that relevant messaging can be delivered within the context of the user’s dialogue with the platform."
Last month, the company made headlines with the announcement that Talk-Out, a business and consumer voice-services company, chose their Mobivox|PL offering to help with the company's growth and global expansion.
