PerSay Delivers Voice Biometric Security Solutions to Exodus

Exodus, a Greek software firm that implements customized software solutions for banking, financial services and telecommunications industries, has entered into a partnership with PerSay, a provider of voice biometric solutions.

 
The partnership will enable Exodus to serve its customers with advanced voice biometric communication technology from PerSay (News - Alert).
 
Biometric technology is based on the principle that each person’s voice is a unique and unobtrusive identifier, like a fingerprint. The technology is being adopted worldwide as a cost-effective measure to enhance security and improve customer experience in contact centers, especially ones that support banking, telecommunications along with other industries.
 
PerSay technology provides both text-dependent and text-independent voice biometrics. It is language and accent independent. There are three types of voice biometric offerings from PerSay: VocalPassword, FreeSpeech and Speaker Identification and Detection (SPID).
 
VocalPassword is a text-dependent biometric speaker verification system that enables verification and identification of a speaker in real time, using a simple, short-spoken pass phrase. FreeSpeech, a text-independent biometric speaker verification system, verifies the identity of a speaker during the course of a natural conversation. SPID is a comprehensive audio processing system that searches for a target’s voice within a large volume of intercepted calls, regardless of the conversation content or method of communication.
 
By enhancing its software solutions and customized consulting services with biometric security solutions, Exodus aims to create customer convenience, customer satisfaction and customer retention at all levels of its service offerings.
