SoundBite Communications Launches "America's Favorite Voice" Campaign

By Shamila Janakiraman, TMCnet Contributor

SoundBite Communications announced the launch of the “America’s Favorite Voice” campaign. American voters are encouraged to nominate their favorite voice for proactive customer communications from among three characters: Andrea, Bill, and Brian.

Participants stand a chance to win a gift card worth $100. The campaign for “America’s Favorite Voice” can be accessed at www.americasfavoritevoice.com.

America’s Favorite Voice is hosted by SoundBite Communications (News - Alert) which is a provider of on-demand, multi-channel proactive customer communications. Before casting their vote, individuals will be able to listen to an automated message from each candidate, in the form of a hypothetical fraud notification and welcome call. Voters have to use their discretion and consider several criteria, including level of friendliness, engagement, trust and authority.

According to SoundBite Communications sources, each voter will automatically be entered into a daily drawing for a $100 gift card. Winners will be announced each business day and polling results will also be shared throughout the two-week campaign via Twitter and Facebook (News - Alert). The winning candidate of America’s Favorite Voice will be announced in mid-November.

SoundBite Communications offers on-demand, multi-channel proactive customer communications solutions that are designed to transform the way organizations communicate throughout the customer lifecycle. These are leveraged to build trusted, lifelong and profitable relationships.

Company sources added that clients can use SoundBite’s proactive customer communications offering and experience in designing, executing and optimizing communications strategies. These result in relevant customer interactions that will deliver long-term business value. The company serves over 200 organizations, including Fortune 500 companies and others in financial services, telecom and media, retail, energy and utilities and debt collection industries.

Most forward-looking organizations understand that competing successfully requires a more proactive and positive approach to customer communications. Also there is an unprecedented and dramatic shift in consumer communications preferences. Consumers increasingly rely on their mobile devices and applications to access and exchange information through a variety of communications channels.

By tapping into the varied communications channels and devices often preferred by consumers, these organizations can more effectively and efficiently deliver personalized and timely information, said SoundBite sources.

SoundBite guides its clients on how to take advantage of these paradigm shifts by delivering innovations such as Free-to-End-User (FTEU) text messaging, interactive multi-channel communications, and a preference management solution for building and sustaining customer relationships.
